SINCE JANUARY 2015

Our Program: Conduct ongoing study groups for teaching Mindful Living to find & maintain Happiness for life.    Our current programs include:

1) Finding Ideal Happiness -  monthly class.  2) Daily Meditation Practice  

3) Practicing Mindfulness - An Introduction to Mindfulness - weekly class.

4)Laughter Yoga - monthly  5) Semi-Annual Retreats  6) Mindful Living Movies
