2020 SPRING MINDFUL RETREAT
“Creating A More Mindful World to Increase Joy and Reduce Suffering.”

SUNDAY MAY 3, Fairway Room at Creekside
8:30 AM to 5 PM
The retreat begins at 8:30 a.m. each day and ends at 5:00 p.m. each day. Lunch will be included. Participants return home each evening.
The price is $50 per person.
The Retreat will be co-led by Chau Yoder, Dharma Teacher in the Thich Nhat Hanh tradition, and Dick Powell, club founder.
The Retreat will include Meditation, Walking Meditation, Chi Gong, Mindful Eating, The Five Mindfulness Trainings, Dharma Discussion, and other exercises to deepen your understanding and experience of Full Mindful Living. There will also be time for journaling, quiet, and walking including a visit to our Labyrinth.
